Tara Janique is a vocalist, arts entrepreneur, philanthropist, and educator. She has performed on prestigious platforms, including before the president and at Carnegie Hall with the Alcorn State University Concert Choir, and has been a lead vocalist for numerous jazz band performances, as well as featuring on Christian artists' recording projects. Her diverse performance repertoire spans jazz, Christian and Gospel music, classical, folk, R&B, and blues, drawing influences from artists like Tremaine Hawkins, Lizz Wright, and Kathleen Battle. With studies in music at both the undergraduate and graduate levels, she is deeply committed to music education and exploring the intersection of the arts and Christianity. She spends her time promoting upcoming artists in various artistic disciplines.
